The cutting from a book shows the results of a statistical inquiry among 700 unemployed persons, concerning their view of the new flexicurity legislation in Germany in 2005, called «Hartz 4» (the title is inspired by the former Human Resources director of the Volkswagen company, Mister Hartz). 80% of these persons considers that the job offices or centers are not able to offer solutions and 54% are not feeling well treated. Only 10% received an offer to continue their studies or to complete their job qualification. These elemets, produced by independent researchers and NGOs, might complete the EU flexicurity documents.
